RETURN OF THE GODDESS
Sometimes life is difficult
And the path we tread is hard
Sometimes the baggage that we carry
Makes our journey seem so far.
When all around is devastation
And turmoil wounds the earth
It's time to face our shadows
And to welcome our rebirth.
Let's not ponder on misfortune
Or dwell on ignorance and fear,
Nature's beauty blooms in all of us
If we allow her near.
It's time to let the world breathe softly
Resolve the problems that we make:
Rejoice the Goddess in her glory
Returning as we wake.

THE SUMMERLAND
Imagine a place
Where there are always blue skies
And where bright flowers bloom,
Somewhere to wait between lives.
Where the sun meets the water
Let the peaceful take your hand,
To rest and comfort forever
In the Summerland.

Chamuel, "He who seeks God",
Winged manifestation of His love
In the Garden of Gethsemene
Came to Jesus from above.
He strengthened him in anguished hours
Through the long and lonely night,
A vigil as Christ kneeled and prayed -
By God's will his soul soon took flight.
Archangel Chamuel divine
Joins Charity on love's pink ray of light
Fiery, intense, healing loss and pain
They bring beauty, helping souls reunite.
When life's burdens take their toll
They will wrap you up in their great heart;
When mending rifts seems out of sight
Chamuel and Charity will play their part.

ANGELS
Angels from the light above
Guide us gently every day
They are sent by God to help us,
With a message to convey.
They will be our kindly guardians
Along the course of life
They will protect earth's state of harmony
And show us courage to survive.
Wind rustling in the treetops
Might bring us closer to their being
They might appear as a vision
If we have the faith to see.
Cherubs guard the gates to Heaven,
The Host rejoices at God's throne
And eventually, when the time comes
Angels will lead us safely home.

IN THIS LIFE
In this life
I have known sadness and joy
But there's a world of delight
I have yet to explore.
Fate twists and turns,
Carries me on,
Floating downstream
Into the unknown.
In this life
Memories colour my rainbow
And I sit and reflect
Upon secrets untold.
I will face every morning
With new energy, vigour
I will not be afraid
In this life of mine.

WINTER'S TOUCH
Winter's wings spread across the land
Like some great icy cloak of white
Enveloping all that lies within his path,
Bringing shorter days and cold dark nights.
The Sun God now is standing still,
His arc its lowest in the sky
Before once more he starts his climb
As the moon joins him in lullaby.
Nature sleeps and home fires burn,
Snowflakes float like butterflies.
The chill seeps through our weary bones
Soon warmed by cheer of Yuletide.
Giving thanks and gifts by candlelight
Let's go once more a-wassailing,
Bid drifting Winter glad farewell
With the first faint whispers of the Spring.

BEACHCOMBING
I walk along the sandy shore
At blissful peace with myself,
Fine golden grains between my toes,
Waves sneaking up to tease my feet.
The warm and gentle summer breeze
Kisses my sun drenched face
And I crouch down to look at shells
Forgotten by the water.
Pinks and creams and mottled hues,
Fill the palm of my small hand
And I smile and look out to the blue,
To the sail boats bobbing on the sea
And I seek out coves and rocky pools
Abundant in natural treasure
As beach bodies lie, like grounded whales
Dazed and dazzled by the sun.
